If you need service after delivery, a customer service representative will assist you and if needed schedule a time to have a service agent come to your home. The service agent can address the problem on-site or in some cases may need to arrange transport back to the warehouse if more detailed work is required. You can be assured that Woodley's Fine Furniture will make every effort to resolve all reasonable problems in a timely manner.
